Secretary General

The Secretary General is responsible for the overall functioning of the club and helps to facilitate any role that makes the club run as an effective and enjoyable organization for all of its members. The SG is the face of the club to the high school community and beyond. The SG is the liaison between the school administration and the members of the club. An effective SG has a positive demeanor, good communication skills, and advocates for the club in the Westborough Community. The SG can call committee meetings based on necessity.
Director General
HIM MITIN NACHU
The Director General is responsible for the day to day operations of the club. The DG organizes and conducts weekly meetings that are effective and informative for members. These meetings include some lesson on the procedures and content of the United Nations and simulate that experience in the club. Debates are organized in a timely fashion and the topics of those debates are clearly communicated to the club at least two days prior to the debate. The DG serves as chair for every debate to ensure that it runs smoothly, stays on topic, and that there are no conflicts about procedure. The DG also has an in-depth understanding of the mission of the United Nations, purpose of the Model United Nations, and most importantly, Parliamentary procedure. The DG can call committee meetings based on necessity.
